Undergraduate – Associate Degree and Bachelor

A Bachelor Degree usually has a minimum of 3 years duration, depending on the course chosen.

Starting dates are usually set for February and July, in some cases, September or November as well depending on the Institution.

Universities require a higher level of English. Students will be required to write an official IELTS exam (or equivalent) with a band score of 6.0 minimum in each band and overall results of at least 6.5 (Academic module). Some Universities/Institutions might offer their own English test.

As there are many courses offered, it is ideal if the student conducts some research to find a course that suits their requirements.

The bachelor degree could take between 3 and 5 years to be completed and consists of two different types: The Bachelor Degree and Bachelor Degree honours.

• Bachelor degree provides initial preparation for professional careers and postgraduate study. Requires a minimum of three years of full-time study. Entry typically requires completion in an Australian secondary school or the overseas equivalent, and also a diploma or advanced diploma from the VET (Vocational Education and Training).
• Bachelor degree (honours) may require an optional additional year of study and it’s usually research based, following a degree.
